This is another card I taught in the "For the Men in Your Life" class at The Embellished Scrapbook Boutique. This is a super simple card to put together. I found the directions here: Ustamp4fun. Be sure to practice on folding the collar before you attempt your actual card. It takes a little practice to get it folded just right. Instead of the SU tag punch for the pocket I used a Spellbinders Nestie tag and cut it down to about 3/4 inch.
If you search the gallery on Splitcoaststampers, you will find a variety of shirt cards and directions. I recently saw one that used an origami tie that I might try out sometime. Also, if you don't want to use colored cardstock for the whole card, you can just make a card front and mount onto a white card base.
Supplies:
American Craft cardstock: olive
Patterned paper for the tie/kerchief
Spellbinders Tag Nesties
Rhinestone brads
Thanks for looking!
Carol
