I created these cards a while ago. One I gave to my boyfriend's sister-in-law to use with a shower present for her daughter. The image is a digital stamp from By Lori Designs called Baby Carter. If you haven't used digital stamps before, give them a try. You can resize the image to whatever size you need making them very versatile.
