12 Days of Giving Secret Santa Tags

Looking for a Secret Santa idea?  Twelve Days of Giving is a great idea.  My sister and I got the idea from an article in the November, 2004 PaperCrafts magazine.  We did this for our aunt and uncle and they had no idea until we presented them with the final gift on Christmas Day.  Actually because of a snow storm, we presented them with days 10 - 12 on Christmas.  Their daughter and our oldest sister knew right away who the gifts were coming from when they were told about the homemade bread.  It was fun to do but a bit stressful sneaking up to their house, ringing the doorbell and running so they wouldn't see us.  On day six we had to get their neighbor involved.  They didn't see the pop when they picked up their morning newspaper so we went to the neighbor and asked that they call  to tell them there was a package on the front porch.  We told them if our aunt and uncle asked to tell them they saw a guy in red leave it for them.  We were afraid the pop would freeze and explode if left out in the freezing cold too long.

If you want to do this, you need to hurry and start this on December 14 so that the last gift is given on Christmas Day.

A loaf of homemade bread

Two rolls of tape

Three boxes of Jello - red, green and yello

Five treats of sweets (I don't remember what we gave)

Six cans of pop (yes we call it pop in Ohio)

Seven apples

Eight cookies

A pack of gum

Ten eggs

A turkey (We gave them a turkey breast)

Twelve fruits (I don't remember what we gave)

All twelve tags

These tags were made in 2004 so I don't have the specifics on the stamps, but I believe all stamps were CTMH.
